Dear Customer, please follow the simple steps below to access your Lyca Mobile account details
First time user: (without a password)
Click on Login on the top right corner of the website
a. click on “New User Click Here“.
b. Enter your Lyca Mobile number and submit. You will receive a text on your Lyca Mobile number with an OTP
c. Proceed by entering your New password and OTP and submit to complete the process.
You will thereafter be logged into your account.

Activate your Mobile Internet Settings

How to activate?

1. Mobile Settings

Follow the steps below for an iPhone or Android phone.
iPhone Android
  1. Go to settings
  2. Select Mobile data
  3. Turn ON your Mobile data
  4. Select Mobile data network:
  5. If you do NOT see Lyca Mobile in the list, please add a new APN
  6. Fill in these details:
  • APN: internet
  • Name: Lyca Mobile
  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select More
  3. Select Mobile networks
  4. Select Access Point Names
  5. Add a new APN name
  6. Fill in these details:
  • Name: Lyca Mobile
  • APN: Internet
